Every package starts with the same thing: I come out, test the floor and find what caused the problem. What changes is the report: how much detail, how many references and photos, and who it's built for.
No package changes what I find.

Warranty Claim Report
For when you're starting a warranty claim, or you need a straight answer to put in front of the store, installer or manufacturer.
Starting at$650
- On-site inspection: photos, measurements and close examination
- Moisture, flatness and expansion testing, plus any other tests the floor needs
- What caused the problem: product, installation, maintenance or site conditions
- Written report with a plain-English summary at the top
- A call to walk through the findings, by phone or video. I'll include the store or installer on it if you want them there.

Denied Claim Report
For when the store or manufacturer has already said no and you need the reasons spelled out.

- Everything in Warranty Claim
- Each finding tied to the exact section of the manufacturer's installation instructions, the warranty and the industry standard it falls under, with references
- Photos labeled to each finding

Mediation & Small Claims Report
For mediation, insurance claims and small claims court.

- Everything in Denied Claim
- A full photo record: every condition photographed, labeled and explained, in order
- Report set up for a mediator, adjuster or small-claims judge
- One written reply if the other side answers with new information

Attorney & Litigation Report
For when an attorney is involved, or for a contractor licensing board complaint.

- Everything in Mediation & Small Claims
- Full documentation of test methods, readings and site conditions
- Report prepared for attorney review
- Testimony, deposition and court time are billed separately (see below)

The rest of the four counties, Ventura County, the Las Vegas area: mileage plus travel time at $25/hr, quoted before you book. Lodging at cost if an overnight is needed.

+$150 for each additional 2,000 sq ft.

$350 for up to 2 hours.

$1,000, plus a signed retainer before I'm designated.
Dealers, manufacturers, insurance and attorneys
Trade and claim work is quoted per assignment. Tell me what the claim needs when you send the assignment and I'll come back with a number.
