What I collect.
When you fill out the request form, I collect your name, phone number, email, the city or ZIP of the floor, details about the floor and the problem, and any photos you upload. The site also uses simple, privacy-friendly analytics that counts visits and form submissions without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
How I use it.
Only to contact you, quote your inspection, and do the inspection. I don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Photos and reports.
Your photos and your report are not shared with anyone without your permission. If I ever use a photo from a job on this site, names, addresses, report numbers and anything else that identifies you or the property are removed first.
Who else sees it.
No one. The request form runs on this site's own server, not a third-party form service.
How long I keep it.
As long as needed to quote and complete your inspection and to keep normal business records. Ask me to delete it any time.
Your California privacy rights.
California law (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information I hold, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for asking. I don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. To use any of these rights, email info@socalfloorinspector.com, call (951) 740-4508, or use the form below.
